1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HIOFU (we," our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Services

HIOFU provides a skills-first hiring platform that includes:

  • ▸Skill Sprints: AI-powered immersive simulations to evaluate candidate abilities
  • ▸Skills Passports: Verified credential systems (Spark and Quantum)
  • ▸AI Hiring Assistant: Automated challenge generation and candidate matching
  • ▸Professional Network: Connection and discovery features for members

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

  • ▸You must provide accurate and complete information
  • ▸One person may maintain only one personal account
  • ▸You are responsible for maintaining account security

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • ✕Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • ✕Impersonate another person or entity
  • ✕Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • ✕Scrape, data mine, or extract data without permission
  • ✕Attempt to circumvent security measures or Skill Sprint evaluations
  • ✕Distribute malware, spam, or engage in illegal activities
  • ✕Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Rights

HIOFU and its licensors own all rights to the Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and content we create. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Services.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to HIOFU. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with providing and promoting our Services.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • •Skill Sprint results will guarantee hiring outcomes
  • •Your Skills Passport will result in employment

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIOFU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
