The orchestration layer

HSP2 - how evidence gets to you.

HSP2 is Hiofu's orchestration layer - the infrastructure that sits between evidence sources, the HSP1 record, and employer workflows.

It ingests skills evidence from supported sources, normalises it into a consistent structured format, applies trust context, and routes it into HSP1 records.

Employers do not need to maintain this layer directly. It is what makes HSP1 records more reliable and comparable.

How HSP2 works

1. Ingest

Evidence arrives from supported assessment, credential, learning, and work-sample sources.

2. Normalise

Evidence is mapped to a common skills ontology, de-duplicated, and given trust context.

3. Deliver

Structured evidence flows into the candidate's HSP1 and, where enabled, into employer workflows.
